These engaging Easter sessions are perfect for budding engineers, young train enthusiasts and families looking for something a little different during the school holidays.
A Fun and Educational Easter Experience in the Lake District
Children can look forward to hands-on railway learning, exciting demonstrations, storytelling, and themed Easter activities, all designed to inspire interest in engineering, railways and problem-solving in a fun and friendly way. It’s a brilliant opportunity to learn, play, and discover more about how trains work.
Important Information about Easter Little Engineers’ Days
Every ticket includes fantastic added value to make the day even more special. A signed Peter’s Railway book for each child to take home is provided, as well as a full line return railway ticket on the day for all participants. All Little Engineers’ activities are hosted by Chris Vine and supported by the Ravenglass Railway Museum team. Please note that lunch is not included in the event.
The recommended minimum age for participants is five years, and children must be accompanied by an adult (maximum of two children per adult). Pre-booking is essential as spaces are limited for this exclusive Easter event.
