Kids Go Free Fridays
We are delighted to announce the return of 'Kids Go Free Fridays', just in time for the 2024 summer holidays
Every Friday from July 12th to September 6th inclusive, one child can travel for free when travelling with a full-fare paying adult on full-line return journeys at the railway! Find out more and book tickets below. Online offer only. Please purchase dog tickets on the day.
NEW 'Rover' Season Ticket
Treat your furry friend to a year of adventure with our Dog Rover Season Ticket! For just £20, enjoy 12 months of train rides and 'pawsome' walkies in the Eskdale valley. Each lucky pup receives a dog season ticket and a stylish bandana on their first visit. £2 from every ticket goes to The Dogs Trust.
Museum Exhibitions
The latest exhibition running in the Ravenglass Railway Museum is 'Walks From Ratty', supported by The Wainwright Society.
The exhibition explores the many beautiful walking routes surrounding the railway and is inspired by Alfred Wainwright's book, Walks From Ratty.
Guided walks will be available from 9th July - 19th July and 7th - 15th September, with more details available on the museum's website below.
Wasdale Shuttle Bus
A FREE Wasdale shuttle bus service is being introduced on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays from 25th May - 15th September 2024.
The service is aimed at reducing vehicle traffic in the valley, improving connectivity and promoting sustainability.
